Job Summary

The Sales Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients, with a focus on identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities, staying ahead of competitors and capitalizing on emerging trends.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors, showcasing our company's value proposition and growth potential.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding targets.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
  • A two-wheeler is necessary for business purposes.
Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum
