Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Strategist to drive business expansion and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic sales plans to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, leveraging industry insights and expertise to deliver exceptional value and secure repeat business.
  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted business development strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development decisions.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, negotiating and closing deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs and concerns to maintain a strong reputation for Urban Living.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in commercial growth strategy, business development, and sales leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong client relationship management, ability to analyze market trends, negotiate, and present effectively.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite, knowledge of the real estate industry, and staying updated with industry developments.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
