Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Growth Strategist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Student Counseling: Assist and advise students on course selections based on their interests and career aspirations. Provide in-depth information on course offerings, benefits, and outcomes.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team in driving course enrollments, meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Analyze sales data and trends to refine strategies and optimize performance.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of junior sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related field.

Compensation:
