Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to join our team in Hyderabad. This role plays a crucial part in our company's expansion, as you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, search engines, and other innovative methods to generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects and initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to schedule meetings with qualified prospects, build relationships, and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails, set up follow-up appointments, and deliver formal sales presentations to potential new business accounts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across diverse industries, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Automotive, Electronics, Medical, and Consumer Goods.
  • Effectively utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage your pipeline, track progress, and ensure accurate data capture.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outreach, or business development within IT products and solutions.
  • Excellent proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success with CRM tools and experience with prospecting.
  • A self-starter with a startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: ₹850,000 - ₹1,100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
