Enterprise Growth Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking an Enterprise Growth Strategist to drive our revenue growth and expand our footprint in the enterprise sector. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, adept at cultivating relationships with C-suite executives, and experienced in delivering solutions tailored to complex client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies aligned with our business objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Identify emerging trends, assess competitive landscapes, and position us as the preferred partner for enterprise clients.
Revenue Growth and P&L Ownership:
- Own the Enterprise Sales P&L: Own the enterprise sales P&L, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are met.
- Analyze Performance Metrics: Analyze performance metrics and financial data to optimize revenue streams and guide strategic decisions.
- Balance Cost Management: Balance cost management with exceptional service delivery to drive sustained growth.
Client Acquisition and Management:
- Acquire and Retain Clients: Lead efforts to acquire, retain, and grow relationships with key enterprise clients, particularly in FMCG, electronics, fertilizers, and beverage sectors.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor, presenting our value proposition and building strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
Sales Team Leadership:
- Build and Manage a High-Performing Team: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team, fostering accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Design Professional Development Programs: Design and deliver professional development programs to enhance team performance and drive individual growth.
Innovative Sales and Pipeline Management:
- Leverage Creative Strategies: Leverage creative strategies to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities in untapped enterprise markets.
- Identify Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and our offerings.
Data-Driven Insights and Operational Efficiency:
- Create Sales Forecasts: Use data analytics to create sales forecasts, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Streamline Enterprise Sales Processes: Streamline enterprise sales processes through CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales (B2B/B2C or SaaS), with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise accounts.
- Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, inspire, and lead sales teams targeting large-scale enterprise clients.
- Financial Expertise: Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with PWM and EPR regulations; ability to guide enterprise clients on compliance.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
