Overview:VHonk Digital is seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. This is a key role that will play a vital part in driving the company's growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company's market presence.
- Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to inform business development strategies.
- Lead Generation:
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies using various channels.
Utilize networking events, social media, and referrals to attract potential clients.
- Client Acquisition and Management:
Identify and approach potential clients to introduce VHonk Digital's products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proposal Development:
Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business deals.
- Strategic Partnerships:
Establish strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the company's goals.
Manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefits and successful collaborations.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards goals.
- Client Retention and Satisfaction:
E nsure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business strategies.
Share market insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance products and services.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
- Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve business development processes and strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptable and open to learning new strategies and technologies.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
