Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of a business development team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and formulate strategies for business growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Develop key projects and participate in the successful closure of business deals, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and prepare business proposals, providing recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Mentor and coach team members, focusing on their professional development and empowerment.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in business development or a similar role.
  • An Associate's Degree (± 13 years) from an accredited institution.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around ₹12,00,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
