We are seeking a Business Growth Strategist - Sales & Agritech Innovation to lead sales initiatives, build client relationships, develop channel sales strategies, and drive revenue generation at our Hyderabad location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, meeting targets, and contributing to the company's vision of transforming Indian agriculture.
This role offers a competitive package including equity, revenue sharing, and a basic fixed salary. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in sales, business development, and leadership roles, particularly in the agriculture or agritech sector.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with agents and dealers. A degree in Agriculture is highly desirable.
