AI Sales Representative for Small Businesses

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team at Hyperleap AI. As an AI Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment.
Our platform empowers SMBs to harness the power of AI without complexity or high costs, combining easy-to-use no-code tools with powerful API capabilities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology sales and has a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS, and a strong understanding of SMB challenges and growth strategies. They will also possess excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills, as well as proficiency in sales tools such as CRM and sales engagement platforms.
Key responsibilities will include researching and identifying potential SMB clients, building and managing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, executing multi-channel outreach campaigns, creating compelling business cases showing AI automation value, and organizing product demos and presentations.
Additionally, the successful candidate will own the full sales cycle from prospect to close, conduct needs analysis and solution mapping sessions, present pricing proposals and negotiate contracts, meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM.
