We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Thriving Springs AI. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and cultural nuances. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with international clients.

About Thriving Springs AI

At Thriving Springs AI, we believe that fostering emotional intelligence can lead to better business outcomes and more fulfilling human interactions. Our mission is to demystify the concept of EI and make it more accessible to organizations and professionals using research-driven and practice-based EI Journeys.

We offer a competitive total compensation package including a fixed salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, performance bonuses, and ESOPs translating into non-incremental gains. In addition, every member will receive medical and health insurance and other benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and negotiate deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful deal closures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to enhance sales strategies and approaches.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and cultural nuances.
  • Expertise in negotiating and closing deals with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
