Role Summary

ADYAHR BUSINESS SERVICES is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential new business opportunities through market analysis, customer feedback, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry organizations.
  • Create and implement business development plans and strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to support business development efforts.
  • Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
  • Track and measure the performance of business development initiatives to ensure they are meeting their intended goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
