- Managing key accounts and meeting sales targets in accordance with Schindler procedures
- Identifying and pursuing large-scale projects and complex tenders
- Tracking competitors and developing strategies to retain and increase market share
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales forecasting and manpower budgeting goals
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve exceptional results
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
Extensive experience in similar roles, with a minimum of eight to ten years of experience in the industry
Strong people management, selling, customer management, presentation, and construction market knowledge skills
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably with an MBA in Marketing
