**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development initiatives and drive growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions
• Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts, ensuring a robust sales pipeline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business relationships
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and business objectives
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports to communicate progress to senior management
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of business plans
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate new business leads
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and industry knowledge

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
