Strategic Business Growth Manager

At IB Group, we are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager to drive our commercial expansion.
The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG and brand promotion, with a proven track record in people management and team leadership.
The role requires regular travel and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for expansion.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones through effective sales strategies.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales performance.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients to secure new business opportunities.
