Business Growth Manager

MyPartner is a strategic business unit of MakeMyTrip, launched in 2020. It provides seamless travel inventory and pricing to travel agents across India.
About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Business Growth Manager to lead our regional expansion and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with travel agents, growing our customer base, and increasing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new travel agents and enhance their experience.
- Build strong relationships with existing travel agents to increase loyalty and retention.
- Portfolio Management and Growth:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets and improve inventory levels.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Master's degree from a reputable institute and 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience in handling multiple accounts is preferred.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is ₹43,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
