Sales Representative
About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle for SMB clients. This role combines prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals, making you directly responsible for revenue generation and market expansion in the SMB segment.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential SMB clients across key verticals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone)
- Create compelling business cases showing AI automation value
- Organize and conduct product demos and presentations
- Own the full sales cycle from prospect to close
- Conduct needs analysis and solution mapping sessions
- Present pricing proposals and negotiate contracts
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM
- Ensure successful customer onboarding and initial adoption
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Gather and document customer success stories
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive contract renewals and account expansion
Salary Range: ₹25-40 lakhs per annum
