Enterprise Sales Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Keka HR, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming product inquiries, communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Responsibilities:- You will map customer requirements and identify sales opportunities, using proven multitasking skills to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously.
- You will answer potential customers' questions, send additional information via email, and keep up with product and service information and updates.
- You will create and maintain a database of current and potential customers, staying informed about competing products and services.
- You will achieve daily parameters, including call and email counts, demo scheduling, and qualified lead conversion.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in an inside sales role with a SAAS organization or similar company operating in the Indian market.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, including inbound calling, emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn and other professional platforms).
- A track record of achieving sales quotas, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM software, such as HubSpot, and a fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
- The ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations, qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, and presenting the company to potential prospects.
