About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at Advent Infotech. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective clients and nurturing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our services and secure new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with software provider account managers to maintain a steady flow of new leads.
  • Utilize marketing skills to generate leads and maintain visibility through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and visibility of progress using CRM software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic indicators, and competitors to adjust pricing strategies and stay competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Gmail, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and online demo tools.
  • Ethical approach to work with honesty and commitment.
  • Experience in US inside sales, with a focus on small businesses, CPA and accounting firms.
