About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at NNIIT, a leading Ed-tech company. As an Inside Sales specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our reach in the K9 and K12 education segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, and individual learners.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Ed-tech industry.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹2-5 LPA, depending on your experience and qualifications.
