We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team at LoginRadius. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, contributing directly to our sales pipeline.

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology company in a rapidly growing industry. As a Senior Business Growth Specialist, your primary goal will be to build targeted prospect lists, develop strategic outreach, and work closely with Customer Development Managers to ensure a seamless lead hand off.

You will be responsible for educating, qualifying, and developing generated leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities. Additionally, you will successfully manage and overcome prospect objections, become a trusted resource, and develop superior relationships with prospects.

We are looking for someone who can consistently exceed their daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity quota. You will also distribute qualified leads to Customer Development Managers while providing them with the necessary information.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, and client management. They will possess demonstrated ability to work well in a closely knit team, a positive attitude, and an ability to excel under pressure.

Responsibilities include building a list of target companies and target individuals within those companies, generating interest via prospecting, and developing accounts to generate leads.

Requirements:
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience
  • Positive and energetic phone communication skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Ability to source, identify, and develop new sales opportunities
  • Diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach
  • Excellent presentation, communication, writing, and listening skills
  • A university degree is required
