We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at SID Global Solutions. This role is crucial for our growth, as you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, search engines, and other creative methods to generate high-quality leads.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct thorough research on prospects and initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Work with sales managers to schedule meetings with qualified prospects and build strong relationships with potential new business accounts.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage your pipeline, track progress, and ensure accurate data capture.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outreach, or business development within IT products and solutions.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated success with CRM tools and experience with prospecting.
