At Gamut HR Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and development. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.
- Pursue leads and manage the sales cycle to close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Establish goals and objectives for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those targets.
- Train and mentor business development staff to enhance their skills and performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.

- An estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
