Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with new customers, providing after-sales service, and up-selling to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads through various activities and enablers.
  • New Customer Meetings: Conduct a minimum of 3 new customer meetings per day to explore business opportunities.
  • After-Sales Service: Provide prompt and professional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell existing customers and increase revenue.
  • Branch Staff Activation: Ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter by providing training and support.
  • Partner Staff Training: Train and skill partner staff on need-based selling and product sales pitch.
  • SP License Holders: Ensure 100% of branches have at least 2-3 SP license holders and provide them with necessary support.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹8,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
