We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about growth and adept at connecting with clients.
About the Role:
The Strategic Growth Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our presence in the education and talent development sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, including educational institutions, corporates, and other partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education and talent development sectors.
- Present and pitch our programs and services to prospective clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies that align with business development goals.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through follow-up on leads, scheduling meetings, and managing client communications.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients in CRM tools, updating status and progress.
- Analyze client feedback and market responses to improve offerings and business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within the education or tech sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the education sector, particularly in ed-tech or talent development, is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
