Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Liaison and Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this role will play a vital part in driving business growth through effective client relationships and sales strategies.
Job Summary
The Strategic Client Liaison and Growth Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing sales support, and ensuring a smooth client journey from initial to post-sales support. This role will also involve maintaining an ongoing understanding of the client's business environment, competitors, and industry trends to offer proactive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing client relationships and providing sales support to ensure timely resolution of client issues and complaints.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Maintaining an ongoing understanding of the client's business environment, competitors, and industry trends to offer proactive solutions.
- Providing feedback to product teams based on client interactions to help shape product roadmaps and feature development.
- Providing product training and onboarding to ensure clients have the necessary skills to maximize the value of our solutions.
- Working closely with the internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client complaints and issues.
- Documenting and tracking client issues using CRM/ticketing systems to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Escalating complex issues to senior teams or management.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 12 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as sales support or account management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude, including familiarity with industry-specific software and hardware.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
