The Strategic Business Expansion Specialist will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company. This position is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
This role involves:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Preparing and delivering presentations to clients, showcasing company capabilities and solutions
- Negotiating and closing business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Tracking and reporting sales performance and market insights to management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
