    Job Description:
    The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing site operations, revenue management, demand generation, and sales closures. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, preparing sales budgets and plans, setting sales targets, motivating team members, and maintaining relationships with channel partners.

    Requirements:
    - Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum (depending on experience)
    - 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
    - Strong leadership and team management skills
    - Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate
    - Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    - Ability to strategize and execute plans effectively
    - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
    - Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities
    - Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
