Job DescriptionA Senior Product Manager in an asset management company, particularly focusing on PMS, AIF, and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) platforms, typically has a range of roles and responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Development: Define the product strategy and roadmap for PMS, AIF, and RIA platforms, Mutual Fund (MF) aligning with the overall business goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes to innovate and refine product offerings.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and feedback, ensuring the products align with client expectations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and high net worth clients, providing them with product insights and updates.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products and services comply with the relevant regulations set by SEBI or other regulatory bodies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on product offerings, making necessary adjustments.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the company, including investment, sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to deliver product enhancements and new product launches.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment for PMS, AIF, and RIA products.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
We offer a competitive salary of INR 20-30 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.
