Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Team Lead to join our team at YourTribe.

About the Role

The Customer Success Team Lead will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key point of contact, you will serve as a liaison between customers and various departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze customer health metrics, run NPS surveys, and gather feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to discuss adoption trends, sentiment, and opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Represent customer voices in product development, marketing, and sales processes.
  • Lead onboarding efforts, train platform end-users, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Work with engineering and development teams to configure software platforms according to customer requirements and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Monitor customer engagement levels and provide actionable feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with large enterprise customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, high organizational capabilities, collaboration, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Excel is preferred.
  • A comfort working in a dynamic startup environment with multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
