About This Role

This Customer Success Lead position requires strong leadership and team management skills to coach and develop a high-performing team of CSMs.

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of CSMs to ensure high performance, customer satisfaction, and professional growth.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with the sales team to expand customer accounts.
  • Develop and implement best practices and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in customer interactions.

This role demands a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in a B2B or SaaS environment.

The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, with at least 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management position.

A deep understanding of customer success methodologies, best practices, and industry trends is essential.

This role also requires familiarity with customer success software and CRM tools, problem-solving orientation, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
