">We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team at BHIVE Workspace. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our customer success efforts and drive growth in the hospitality sector.
Job Description
">The Customer Success Lead will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our sales team in handling complex deals, collaborating with stakeholders to assess and strategize for challenging negotiations, and ensuring that our vision and values are maintained during negotiations.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing guidance and support to the sales team in handling complex deals.">
- Collaborating with stakeholders to assess and strategize for challenging negotiations.">
- Maintaining a strong relationship with top clients, founders, and points of contact.">
- Attending large client onboarding sessions alongside sales managers to discuss deliverables with clients.">
- Addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.">
- Focusing on member retention and employee engagement strategies.">
- Overseeing the timely and accurate submission of sales-related data and reports.">
- Conducting regular audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of sales data.">
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and resolve any discrepancies in data.">
- Acknowledging and responding promptly to any escalations.">
- Facilitating communication through effective channels, such as group chats or meetings with stakeholders.">
- Ensuring inter-departmental coordination to address issues affecting member experience or daily operations.">
- Conducting weekly one-on-one meetings with center managers to review daily tasks and sales activities.">
- Collaborating with sales managers to assess individual and team performance.">
- Providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.">
- Ensuring that all sales-related tasks are completed within established timelines.">
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes for efficient task completion.">
- Providing suggestions for negotiations while upholding our vision and values.">
- Encouraging a "think win-win" approach and navigating member-related issues diplomatically.">
- Conducting regular training sessions for the sales team on effective situation handling and BHIVE SOP.">
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales department.">
- Monitoring and ensuring timely collection of payments.">
- Escalating any challenges related to collections effectively to ensure resolution.">
