Job Description
The Lead Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in retaining existing customers and enhancing brand loyalty within our subscription-based business model. This includes building value-based customer relationships, gathering intelligent product feedback, and developing customer-focused processes to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:
  • Build value-based customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers to inform product development.
  • Develop customer-focused processes to ensure customer success and adoption of our platform.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer goals with business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A passion for customer success and delivering exceptional customer value.
  • At least 10 years of experience in dealing with customers, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Ability to understand, articulate, and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience dealing with large, complex accounts and building relationships at the C-level.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or engineering.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise implementations, professional services, and support processes is highly desirable.
