Customer Success Professional
Job Role
Proactive Data Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Customer Success Professional to ensure its customers successfully navigate through the Land Adopt Expand Renew journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for benchmarking and measuring customer success, adhering to established processes, and presenting the results to customers and the Cisco team.
To be successful, the Customer Success Professional will need to understand the various Cisco Software offerings in collaboration, enterprise networking, security, and data centre technology areas. They will work closely with technology experts to comprehend current methodologies and help create digitized processes for the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive growth and renewal.
- Work closely with customers and the Cisco team to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct benchmarking and measuring customer success to identify areas for improvement.
- Present results to customers and the Cisco team to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements
- Regular MBA from a recognized institute.
- Computer Science Engineer from a recognized institute.
- Excellent English writing and speaking communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of software tools such as Python, JSON, and API will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, as the employee will deal with all technical teams.
- 2-5 years of work experience in the Application Software industry.
- Experience in the Sales or Services Department.
- Experience in working on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Zoho.
