About the Role:
- Case Management Expertise: Effectively manage case routing and fulfilment for assigned clients to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all client products and services to provide expert advice and support.
- Communication and Collaboration: Operate fluently across multiple internal systems and processes to deliver critical information to clients and internal stakeholders in an organized, focused, and clear manner.
- Service Excellence: Work closely with other specialists, account teams, and colleagues to meet defined service-level objectives and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a professional setting focused on customer service or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and troubleshooting to/with internal and external clients.
- CRM Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or other CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Education: Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Work Environment:
Full-time employment with a standard work schedule of three 9-hour shifts (including one hour of break time) in our office location.
Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum (estimated)
