Job Title: Customer Success Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team at Smart Working. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs, business goals, and organizational challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with Co Workers to gather feedback & help in day-to-day needs.
  • Lead the Clients onboarding process.
  • Ensure seamless integration of hired candidates into the client's organization.
  • Track and report key performance metrics as per client requirement.
  • Suggest improvements & ideas to improve churn rate based on analytics and best practices.
  • Monitor client health to identify and mitigate risks of disengagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3 - 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing (preferably in IT staffing/recruitment).
  • Knowledge of client management and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving high client satisfaction & maintaining churn rate.
