Our mission is to provide students with a stress-free study-abroad journey. We achieve this by developing an in-depth understanding of student housing options, locations, and pricing to provide expert recommendations.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Customer Success Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for leading conversion, customer interaction, market knowledge, follow-up, collaboration, data management, and target achievement.

  • Proactively reach out to inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert them into customers.
  • Understand the unique requirements of each student and offer tailored accommodation options.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of student housing options, locations, and pricing to provide expert recommendations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Work closely with the marketing and supply teams to streamline the booking process and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
