The Role
We are looking for a Sales Solutions Associate to join our team in Delhi, India. As a Sales Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads for our logistics solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Contact potential customers via telephone or email to introduce our logistics solutions and provide value-added services.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and track progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish trust and credibility with potential customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to manage databases, reports, and other documents.
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus, but not required.
