About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Infobip. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their overall business growth and health.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized strategies to drive client growth and satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how to leverage Infobip's products and services to achieve their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on industry developments and best practices.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement joint business plans that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
