Job Description- Deliver high-level service to our clients as a member of the customer success organization.
- Support client needs by balancing service-level objectives and communicating client requests with internal stakeholders.
This role requires delivering timely responses to questions and meeting defined service-level objectives.
The Customer Success Executive operates across multiple internal systems and processes to provide clear and focused information to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in working in a professional setting focused on customer service or 3+ years of experience in working in a professional setting focused on customer service.
- Experience in providing high-quality customer service and troubleshooting to/with internal and external clients.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of prioritizing and managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and collaborating with other functions to achieve results.
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree.
A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and spoken English skills.
Work Mode, ShiftsFull-time employment, 9 hours shift with 1 hour break time.
