Job Description
  • Deliver high-level service to our clients as a member of the customer success organization.
  • Support client needs by balancing service-level objectives and communicating client requests with internal stakeholders.

This role requires delivering timely responses to questions and meeting defined service-level objectives.

The Customer Success Executive operates across multiple internal systems and processes to provide clear and focused information to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
  1. 1-3 years of experience in working in a professional setting focused on customer service or 3+ years of experience in working in a professional setting focused on customer service.
  2. Experience in providing high-quality customer service and troubleshooting to/with internal and external clients.
  3. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems is an added advantage.
  4. Proven track record of prioritizing and managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  5. Experience in working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and collaborating with other functions to achieve results.
  6. Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree.

A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and spoken English skills.

Work Mode, Shifts

Full-time employment, 9 hours shift with 1 hour break time.
