Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Customer Success Advocate Lead. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You'll work closely with our product team to gather insights from customers and inform product development. Your expertise will help us build a strong community of product evangelists who can share their positive experiences with others.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the product team to gather customer feedback and inform product development
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and develop solutions to address these gaps
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a lead or manager position, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
