Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our team of Inside Sales/ISR professionals and drive sales growth in the enterprise software market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer outreach and pipeline management, as well as leading team performance against quotas and sales forecasts.

This is a challenging role that requires a combination of business acumen, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a dynamic, growing company like Kaspersky.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Inside Sales/ISR professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer outreach and pipeline management
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in enterprise software
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
