About the Role:
We're seeking a Key Accounts Manager to onboard, manage, and help key customers scale on our platform. Your goal will be to drive product adoption, provide proactive support, and maintain healthy relationships with these customers. This role involves customer service, project management, and B2B software experience.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Proactive approach with a patient attitude
What Makes You Successful in This Role?
To excel as a KAM, you need to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions. Solution selling is critical in this market, and you'll need to develop a good understanding of our product and market trends. Additionally, you'll require discipline, multitasking skills, and resilience to face rejections and keep going.
Benefits:
- Total Salary: up to ₹8 lakhs per annum
- Work Timings: 10 am to 7 pm, Mon-Sat

- KPIs - Revenue Churn, Logo Churn, CSAT
- Customer Onboarding: Implement and follow SOPs for timely product adoption and implementation
- Drive Product Adoption: Educate customers about new developments and feature launches
