About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team in the IT staffing and recruitment industry. This role offers real opportunities to learn and develop while working directly as part of our UK team.

Job Summary

This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to build strong relationships with clients, drive success by ensuring they get the value out of our remote workers, and deliver exceptional service. Your goal will be to address client & staff concerns, maximize retention while identifying opportunities for growth, and track key performance metrics as per client requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Foster long-term relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs, business goals, and organizational challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with Co Workers to gather feedback and help with day-to-day needs.
  • Lead the Clients onboarding process and ensure seamless integration of hired candidates into the client's organization.
  • Track and report key performance metrics as per client requirement and address client concerns regarding smart workers outcomes or service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment strategies and service levels.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Client-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to address challenges effectively and find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Analytical Mindset: Capable of tracking and interpreting key performance metrics to drive results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with customer handling, HR norms, relationship management, and talent market trends.
  • Proactivity: A forward-thinking attitude with the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing (preferably in IT staffing/recruitment).
