Role Overview:
We seek an exceptional Assistant Manager-Customer Success at Moove, responsible for leading the team that monitors, supports, and resolves drivers' issues within our Operations department. This individual will serve as a representative and ambassador for the team across the company and to external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Training, managing, and closely collaborating with Onboarding/Sales ExecutivesMonitoring drivers' performanceConducting daily check-ins on drivers' pulseSupporting driversStrong Data Analytical capability and data-driven approachSolving driver issues while drivers are in transitReceiving inbound calls from driversMaking outbound calls to driversConducting driver surveysCompiling data from driver surveysAccountability of all Moove vehiclesEnsuring drivers adhere to rules and regulationsEnsuring drivers receive accurate information from the company
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline4+ years of experience in customer care/support rolesExperience in the transportation industry is an added advantageProficient in Microsoft Suites (Excel)Ability to manage peopleThe candidate must possess attention to detail
Performance Metrics:
Key Account Manager program retention percentage for all Driver partners in the cityPercentage of driver partners retained based on tenure targets and lease plansChurn rate monthly against target fleet sizeTicket resolution rates for DPs based on physical and remote interactionsDriver performance based on supply hour and trip targets of the cityCreating plans to help DPs increase earnings if SH is at optimal levels by ops hacksFamiliarity with CS and CRM tools
