Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their queries and concerns.
  • Utilize your exceptional communication skills to ensure quick resolution and satisfaction for all client-related matters.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Biizline's products and services to clients, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing new business and renewals, while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Crm Management:

  • Harness the power of ZOHO CRM to efficiently manage leads, track sales, and monitor customer interactions, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and revenue forecasts, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Produce and analyze reports on client engagement, sales performance, and revenue growth, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Pose informed questions to internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Collaboration:

  • Foster close working relationships with internal teams to guarantee smooth client onboarding and satisfaction, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the product team for feature enhancements based on client needs, demonstrating your dedication to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/account management.
  • Proficiency in ZOHO CRM is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective client interaction and relationship-building.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently, remaining focused under pressure.
  • A results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for customer success and business growth.

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
