Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to lead our business development and account management activities in the US territory. This role offers autonomy and complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive revenue growth and acquire new clients for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and account management activities in the designated US territory.
  • Prospect, discover opportunities, consult, and commercialize services to drive revenue growth.
  • Foster relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of clients to ensure customer success across key touchpoints.
  • Drive account penetration through customer success and organic business development.
  • Owning and delivering on assigned sales targets.

Requirements

  • Aspiration to drive growth for the business.
  • Personal motivation to own and hustle for growth.
  • Understanding of B2B and technology sales to Fortune 500 clients and large domestic MNCs across the US.
  • Comfortable working with C-level executives within clients.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
