Sales Account Strategist

**Job Summary**
Vipsa Talent Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Strategist to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Conduct needs analyses to understand client needs and preferences
- Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions to meet client needs
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
**Compensation**
The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
