About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Sales Strategist focused on engaging tech and platform accounts. In this role, you will execute lead generation and account research initiatives to identify opportunities within the tech sector, positioning MediaMint's value proposition to potential clients.

This role will be instrumental in building our presence in tech and platform accounts and supporting our revenue growth objectives in these sectors. You will engage with potential customers to identify sales opportunities, conduct outbound prospecting, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation plans and programs to drive new customer acquisition and nurture key accounts.
  • Support the sales/pre-sales team by executing demand generation campaigns and identifying participants for events.

Account Research & Intelligence Gathering

  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, utilizing tools like ZoomInfo and industry reports, to gather insights on prospects.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, creating a strategy for account penetration.
  • Monitor industry trends and create competitive intelligence reports that provide actionable insights for the sales team.

Pipeline Management & Sales Enablement

  • Align with the sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline, setting revenue targets and tracking progress on lead conversion.
  • Support account planning activities by identifying growth opportunities within accounts and educating internal teams on account strategies.
  • Generate insights on industry trends and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Leverage CRM tools to track, measure, and analyze performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Regularly report on lead generation metrics, pipeline growth, and campaign effectiveness to optimize efforts and meet sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, demand generation, or a similar role in the technology or digital marketing industry.
  • Proven experience in the tech sector, with a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics for platform accounts.
  • Proven experience with lead generation tools and platforms like ZoomInfo, Hoovers, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign measurement and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on location)
