Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategist to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the lighting industry.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet targets and exceed expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the lighting industry
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the lighting industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
