Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
"1. Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales targets for the direct residential sales team, ensuring timely execution and goal attainment.
"2. Collaborate with the Direct Sales Team to drive sales activities on a day-to-day basis, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
"3. Monitor sales team performance, providing guidance and support to achieve set sales targets and collections periodically.
"4. Leverage ERP effectively to optimize sales management, lead generation, and walk-in strategies.
"5. Plan and participate in events and exhibitions, showcasing our products and services to potential customers.
"6. Deliver compelling presentations on our offerings, negotiating sales deals with confidence and tact.
"7. Implement sales programs to enhance product awareness and penetration into target markets.
"8. Engage regularly with the sales team, staying attuned to market needs and adapting tactics accordingly to meet customer expectations.
"9. Train the sales team to effectively pitch our products to the target audience, focusing on achieving overall sales numbers.
"10. Maintain accurate records of sold customers and identify new prospects through referrals.
"11. Conduct market research and gather intelligence to inform sales strategies and plans.

Qualifications
"Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.

Experience
"Minimum 15-20 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
